Ok, companies can choose to refer to themselves in the singular or plural. What they can’t do is be both in one sentence.
‘Brooke Bros is delighted to announce the start of its sale’ is fine. Brooke Bros are delighted to announce the start of their sale’ is also fine. But ‘Brooke Bros is delighted to announce the start of their sale’ constitutes a ‘clash between singular and plural’.
They/he/she
is/are probably using singular for a company name.
