Waiting for a friend in the pub and for once caught short of reading material, I was reduced to browsing an old newspaper that was hanging around. Where I came across this ad, for Warwick Business School:

Would you let anybody who uses a phrase like ‘make a step-up career-wise’ anywhere near your business? Or would you repel them with any blunt instruments that came within arm’s reach?

Maybe it’s just me….*sigh*
